Reflexology is suitable for all ages and may bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. After you have completed a course of reflexology treatment for a specific condition, many people find it beneficial to continue with regular treatments in order to maintain health and well-being. Reflexology is a complementary therapy that applies precise pressure and stimulation to points corresponding to various body organs and systems.

FAQs
I have a health insurance policy, can I claim a refund?
As a practising IRI therapist, my treatments are recognised by: VHI / Laya / Irish Life – this means that if you have a policy with any of these Health Insurers, you may be eligible for a refund for some of their Reflexology costs depending on your level of cover (only applies to the Republic of Ireland)
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in; your feet and lower legs will need to be accessible during your treatment. Bring warm, cosy socks for after the treatment. You need to bring nothing else, other than a water bottle!
Does reflexology hurt?
Reflexology should be a comfortable and relaxing experience. Certain points of your feet can be tender, typically due to an underlying imbalance, but the treatment will work to relieve this.
Can I book reflexology simply for relaxation?
Absolutely, you don’t need to have an underlying condition. Taking time out to relax and bring your body into balance is enough.
How often should I have reflexology?
This depends on you and your reason for booking. For many conditions, the recommendation is to complete a course of four to six treatments, but we will work together to find what suits you best.
