Deposits
To secure a booking, a deposit is required in advance for all services offered by Sinead Carthy Wellbeing. Bookings are not confirmed until this deposit has been received.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, Revolut or cash.
The deposit is fully refundable, provided that any cancellation or rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
In the case of late arrival, sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.
Sinead Carthy Wellbeing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative time or a full refund of any payments made.
